陸昌瑞教授
陸昌瑞,博士、教授、上海高校特聘教授。1983年6月出生。美國科爾蓋特大學(Colgate University)全額獎學金分子生物學學士、高等榮譽(2005年),美國康奈爾大學(Cornell University)生命科學研究生院生物化學、生物物理學博士(2010年),美國密西根大學(University of Michigan)醫(yī)學院博士后(2011年),2012年入職東華大學。
研究方向:
課題組從事RNA的表達與調(diào)控等研究:mRNA疫苗的抗原、序列設(shè)計和體外評估;核糖核酸開關(guān)和其他非編碼RNA 的結(jié)構(gòu)、機理和功能;Packaging RNA (pRNA)的晶體結(jié)構(gòu)與復合體的包裝機理;外切體復合物的晶體結(jié)構(gòu)與機理;昆蟲胚胎耐凍性的分子機理,其成果發(fā)表于NSMB、PNAS、NAR、JMB等國際著名雜志。
