唐正研究員
唐正博士,博士生導(dǎo)師,先進(jìn)低維材料中心特聘研究員。1984年9月生。2007年本科畢業(yè)于北京科技大學(xué)材料物理專業(yè)。2014年2月于瑞典林雪平大學(xué)應(yīng)用物理系獲博士學(xué)位。曾任瑞典林雪平大學(xué)博士后,助理教授(2014.2-2016.2),德國德累斯頓工業(yè)大學(xué)應(yīng)用光物理系洪堡學(xué)者(2016.2-2017.12)。2017年12月份加入東華大學(xué)先進(jìn)低維材料中心。主要研究方向包括低維、有機(jī)、有機(jī)無機(jī)雜化光電子器件材料,工藝與器件物理。研究?jī)?nèi)容涉及薄膜印刷制備方法,光電子技術(shù)基礎(chǔ),及光電子器件在能源、照明與顯示、通訊與傳感等方向的應(yīng)用。到目前為止,發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文總計(jì)30篇,總被引次數(shù)700余次。以第一或通信作者發(fā)表論文11篇,包括Adv. Mater.(3篇), Adv. Energy. Mater.(3篇), Mater. Today(1篇), J. Mater. Chem. A(2篇), 以及Macromolecules(1篇)和Phys. Chem. Chem. Phys.(1篇)。
研究方向:
1、光電子器件材料,器件,及器件物理。
2、納米材料、有機(jī)及有機(jī)無機(jī)雜化半導(dǎo)體材料在能源、照明,成像,顯示與傳感等方向的應(yīng)用。
