蔣學(xué)芹教授
蔣學(xué)芹,男,1981年3月出生,東華大學(xué)信息科學(xué)與技術(shù)學(xué)院教授,博導(dǎo)。專業(yè)方向?yàn)樾畔⑴c通信系統(tǒng)。曾先后主持國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金青年基金和面上項(xiàng)目、上海市青年科技啟明星、上海市教育委員會(huì)創(chuàng)新項(xiàng)目等縱向項(xiàng)目7項(xiàng)。目前擔(dān)任研究領(lǐng)域著名期刊IEEE Communications Letters和IEEE Access的副編輯。已在國(guó)外重要期刊和會(huì)議上發(fā)表論文130余篇,其中SCI收錄80余篇(其中,ESI高被引論文1篇),授權(quán)發(fā)明專利13項(xiàng)(其中,已轉(zhuǎn)化2項(xiàng))。參與編寫密碼行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《高斯調(diào)制相干態(tài)密鑰分發(fā)產(chǎn)品技術(shù)規(guī)范》、《高斯調(diào)制相干態(tài)密鑰分發(fā)產(chǎn)品檢測(cè)規(guī)范》,工信部行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《電信數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)平臺(tái)第12部分》、《電信數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)平臺(tái)第13部分》,《面向制造業(yè)的5G專網(wǎng)運(yùn)營(yíng)白皮書》。
