陳海杰研究員
陳海杰,現(xiàn)任東華大學(xué)功能材料研究中心特聘研究員(2020年入職),2009年畢業(yè)于南京大學(xué)獲得學(xué)士學(xué)位,2014年在中科院上海硅酸鹽研究所獲得工學(xué)博士學(xué)位,2015~2020年陸續(xù)在美國西北大學(xué)和加拿大多倫多大學(xué)從事無機(jī)硫?qū)傩禄衔锾剿饕约肮怆姸O管器件研究,主要著力于開發(fā)未知無機(jī)功能新化合物并探索相關(guān)光電子器件以及能源方面應(yīng)用。相關(guān)工作發(fā)表于J. Am. Chem. Soc., Chem. Mater., J. Phys. Chem. Lett., Inorg. Chem.等主流期刊。申請(qǐng)國家發(fā)明專利7項(xiàng),已授權(quán)6項(xiàng),其中成果轉(zhuǎn)讓3項(xiàng)。
研究方向:
1.無機(jī)光、電、磁功能硫?qū)傩禄衔镌O(shè)計(jì)合成、結(jié)構(gòu)解析與物性;
2.光電二極管材料與器件;
3.鋰離子電池固態(tài)電解質(zhì)。
