肖君華教授
肖君華,男,1968年出生,民盟成員。本科(1989)、研究生(1997)、博士(2000)畢業(yè)于復(fù)旦大學(xué)遺傳專業(yè),美國(guó)德州大學(xué)人類遺傳中心博后。
先后在北京博寧生物科技有限公司、華東理工大學(xué)任教。目前擔(dān)任東華大學(xué)生物與醫(yī)學(xué)工程學(xué)院教授、博導(dǎo)。
曾主持4個(gè)國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金,2個(gè)重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃的子課題,10多項(xiàng)上海市重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目。發(fā)表SCI論文50多篇,獲專利10多項(xiàng)。
研究方向:
1、小鼠遺傳學(xué):野生小鼠染色體替換系品系構(gòu)建與研究;功能基因的克隆與功能研究。目前主要研究性狀:小鼠性發(fā)育,小鼠后肢發(fā)育。
2、分子檢測(cè)技術(shù)的研發(fā):相關(guān)技術(shù)平臺(tái)包括一代,二代測(cè)序,熒光定量PCR。特色技術(shù)包括:超高通量PCR(單管300重反應(yīng)),多重長(zhǎng)PCR技術(shù),高特異性等位基因PCR技術(shù),高精度定量PCR技術(shù)及各類多重?zé)晒舛?span lang="EN-US">PCR技術(shù)。利用上述技術(shù)廣泛服務(wù)于SNP分型,基因重測(cè)序,細(xì)胞及基因治療領(lǐng)域的質(zhì)量控制,SPF實(shí)驗(yàn)動(dòng)物的質(zhì)量控制領(lǐng)域。
